CPR Refresher

For most, Thursday was another semi-annual CPR refresher. For some of our newer members, it was their first time certifying. At MCFD we take pride in the skills and abilities of our members and encourage each and every one of them to broaden their knowledge as often as possible. Moyers Corners requires all of our members to have an active CPR certification in order to ride our apparatus. Fire and Medical scenes can be extremely volatile and having the knowledge and skills to perform life saving measures prior to and upon ambulance arrival is a necessity for our volunteers.
