The Twin Engines Have Arrived!

You may have noticed these two new engines out and about in the community this week; that’s because our members have been working diligently to put together and train on our brand new 2020 Spartan Engines!
Hundreds of hours over the past two years were spent researching, planning and designing these new engines, and at the end of this week they will be replacing 2 pieces of apparatus that are over 20 years old.
New Engines 21 & 11 have a 750 gallon tanks, 1500 GPM Pumps as well as numerous new safety features. These features include LED lights, airbags, backup camera and side view camera. The revamped Engine design and upgraded safety features allow our crews to operate efficiently and safely while handling emergencies.
